Staff at the water refill station/ bakery really do need customer service training. Its the second time Ive had an employee talking to me in a manner I do not appreciate as a customer or should I rather say screamed at. I stood in a line for 5 minutes waiting for someone else to refill his 1x 10L bottle with nothing being told, yet as when Im busy refilling 2 minutes down the line Im being told to hurry up Im wasting time. Like really? How quick could someone refill 2x 20L bottles ? Its pathetic how people treat customers like this whilst being employed whereas when jobs arent available Its the same people burning down places. Please train your people in service and respect for all ages and races !

Today, Thursday 7th October. I could see that the management are really trying to keep up with new ideas, keep prices low, and friendly staff. Well done. You made me feel like I was in the city again, and spoilt for choice. BAKERY and DELI, very nice and fresh. Keep it up. 💯

A good pick n pay. Doesnt have a big meat variety for braais. Friendly staff. Great parking and the tills were too busy.

The public bathrooms use an old system of coins that are not readily available. This wastes valuable traveling time trying to find the right type of coins having to walk up and down between the shop and the bathroom facilities.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The prices, especially the specials are very affordable.

The meat is of very good quality. The service was very good and the employees services were effective and efficient.
