Customer service standards are great, and employees are friendly.

I love the weekly specials they make everyweek. And the Fruits and Vegetables combo sales they have . I like that they promote healthy living at an affordable price.

There was language barrier between me and cashier and after I told her she gave me attitude. After telling her I dont have a smart shopper card, she disregarded me and ask someone else in line to give her a card for points. Then to add to all that, I packed my own plastic bags.

On Sunday 01 November 2020 my sister was treated very bad at Pick n pay mmabatho by stuff and the management. I dont know where is the customer rights. My sister is not well mentally. They pushed her until she slapped one of the workers. They opened the case for her at local police station which is putting more stress on her. My cousin tried to explain to them her state of mental health but what they can say was that they are teaching her manners. How can you teach some one on her mental state manners. If stores like pick n pay ignores the fact that is not every one who comes to their store is not in good mental health then we are not going anywhere in our country when it comes to mental health. Much disappointed.

The store needs an upgrade, the staff is nice and their bakery is still top notch after all these years. The owners need to clean it up and revamp it.

I wanted to buy a few things using my cash send, the teller just said she didnt have any money without even asking how much i needed🤔it was only 300😓

Pick n pay can do with more stuff on the floor.so that its easier for customers to ask questions, more especially on the products have not been priced.

Good place to do groceries. Queues get very long in the beginning of the month because theres a lot of students doing their groceries so the service at the tellers wont be the best. Its better to go shopping mid-month if youre trying to avoid long queues.

Embrassing no packers at pick n pay megacity

Most of the cashiers are so unfriendly 😏😒 last night i was really disappointed and agitated by how the cashier assisting us gave us attitude when we wanted to use our picknpay points and we had not redeemed them. To think she was an old woman that was just absurd. And to be honest I always encounter this absurd unfriendliness behaviour from the cashiers of picknpay in Mega City. Besides all that the store is on point and everything else.

Its OK but their pretty slow at helping customers at the checkout.

Tellers were telling us that theyre going for lunch though the shop was full. Only 5 tellers were working that day

I went to the shop yesterday to buy headache tablets, there was no one at the kiosk and the security guard tried to assist me by giving the tablets so that I can pay at the tills, unfortunately the box was empty I took something else and went to the tills stood at the que but headache was severe I had to leave and look for the nearest shop where I can get what I was looking for.
