My company once again used them during lockdown and Visas Zone performed miracles, even with the tedious restrictions the Spanish Consulate had in place because of Covid-19. Poor service and results from Wesley. Paid them to get visas. Advice from them wrong about visas, got no visas from them. I resolved the issue myself with Mozambique embassy in Pretoria. The did not refund my on my visa costs what they charged me for the wrong visas. I paid twice to get my visas which I sorted out. Will take them to small claims court.

VISA zone is the worst. I missed 2 visas in the last 2 months due to Wesleys lies and unfulfilled promises. I will do this kind of admin myself in the future. I kept calling and they never come back or deliver on dates they promises. Not worth one star.

SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!!! Firstly, the visa is late (when I applied I was told it would take 3-4 working days. According to that calculation it was suppose to be issued on Friday (16th of November 2018). On that day I got an email saying I would receive my visa on the (20th of November 2018), on the 20th of November 2018, no communication or update until I sent an email. The consultant then said she would check, no communication again until I called the following morning. Later, the same day I received the wrong visa (single entry instead of a multiple entry visa) with the wrong profession stated on it. Also I received no apology for all this. This is a service I have paid for yet it is extremely disappointing and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CORRECT VISA, its the 26th of November 2018 today and of-course because I am quiet today, the visas zone consultant will also be quiet.

So you need a visa because you booked your airline tickets and made arrangements before checking your passport? Get in touch with these guys and theyll make things right for your trip

First-class operation

I used them in December and now. This time round the service was bad. I had to constantly follow up if they received my documents etc. Only received my visa a couple of hours before my flight as a result had to change flights hotel booking and meetings. Not good at all.

Friendly staff and customer service would definitely recommend them,and also make use of their services in future.
