Got my vape a few weeks ago, Great service guys

I bought myself a Voopoo PnP RBA coil at the shop in Mall of Africa 2 weeks ago. The attendant then offered me a 10pc prebuilt coil pack for R60 (regular online price) to which I declined at the time. I popped in yesterday to get the prebuilt coils and the guy at the shop wants to charge me R160 for the pack, says its because of the ownership change. Then he gives me a discount dropping it to R140 then again to R120 after much complaining. I had no choice so I took it for R120 then he says if I come back hell give me at staff discount at R65. I was so disgusted by the whole experience that I told myself to never go back there even though I bought my Vandy Vape Swell mod there less than 4months ago.

These guys are the definition of World Class Service.

Over priced and dont have alot of things also over charged me by R600 this place is totaly a waste

The staff are friendly and very helpful, it is fair to say that I spent more money here than I should have. They do have a wide variety of juices available, the pricing is on par with other shops.The kind young lady who works there re-wrapped my bats for me quite perfectly and even put in new black rings.

Quality products at great prices, to the 1-star raters, haters gonna hate 😂 I think you need a hug 🤗 jokes aside, these guys go way beyond the call of duty to accommodate the customer. Theyll take your number, notify you when the stock comes in, help you set up, teach you on call, wick and re-wick at no charge. Its not normal customer service - as a local guide I can tell you most retail employees do what they HAVE to, thats it. These people love what they do and they enjoy seeing a customer leave satisfied. Rare company culture in our fast-paced lifestyle. Well done Vapeshop and keep up the extraordinary work.

The online store is awesome and the ecommerce manager provides the best service I have ever received in my entire life but the employees at this outlet are pretty incompetent and do the worst battery wrap job Ive ever seen in my entire life and still charge you for the mess they made. They should give it to you for free if they make such a mess of the job. Im pretty sure Ill do as better job myself on my first attempt. Buy other things here but dont get them to wrap your batteries for you, it will look like a 1 year old that colours outside the lines.

This was my first time going to this shop and I was not impressed at all. I went to buy e-Juice but The Prices on the website and the prices in store differs by a great margin. The juice that I wanted in 0mg nicotine was not available for the price indicated on the website and I was informed that the 0mg was on special and not the rest. I was not offered a suitable alternative for this. I made a purchase and was asked if I would like an account when I declined as I was not happy with the service I did not recieve a slip for my purchase. Not impressed at all!

Ok, So I went Vaping. Got a Ijust vape with all goodies for R1200 at Mall of Africa on 29May 2017. I was told not to use wall chargers and use what I get with it. The USB. So I charge from my PC or Laptop. Few months down the line the battery don’t last long and the charging comes to a near halt. I phone vapeshop and told them about this. Sorry sir, your 1month warrantee has expired. Nothing we can do. WOW...Such bad service. Can guarantee you that I will buy my next one somewhere else.
