Residential complex

New complex finished a year ago and the entire place needs to be repainted and already looks run down. There has been zero done to the front gate other than the gates and paving. not a single addition to beautify the main entrance. all the walls already need painting on outside perimeter. Gardens are sub standard at best with minimum planting done. Heat pump system breaks down all the time. No washing lines so the patios look like squatter camps all the time. Dustbins in full view at the entrance stairs to units - nothing was provided to hide them.

This is the most unsafe place Ive ever lived in, 3 attempted break ins to my unit, 4th attempt they stole my car, 5th attempt the thieves came through the manhole and broke our fence to hide in the yard. If you value your life do not live here.

Most unsafe complex in JHB! Complex is broken into at least once a month...AIV who is the managing agents on the verge of getting kicked out!
