Like living in a cemetery. Wooden floors not my thing either. Not children friendly. Not ok for families with adult kids who drive as parking is a headache. Advantages are security and very close to a Gautrain bus stpo on Lever Rd.

Nice houses with lots of room. The yards are nice as well, but could hope for a touch bigger. Good security, friendly neighbours and largely quiet.
