Poor Service , I will never use them again.I paid in excess of R34000.00 for a Heat Pump, Blanket and Salt chlorinator. they were not cheap but i used them assuming they were a reputable company.They were delayed by 3 weeks , always had an excuses ,then we had poor workmanship to deal with (they had to come out an additional 3 times to sort out what we paid for in full). The owner SJ never answered my calls and he does not call back. So you end up dealing with his staff who has to consult with him all the time and thats generally another delay. No solution provided for bad workmanship and loss of clients expenses.No follow up calls from them , as a client you need to keep contacting them for help on what we paid for in full (upfront) .If you want hassles with poor service combined then use Waterfall Pools. They not the cheapest yet they offer bad service.1 star was given only because you cant not post zero stars

Terrible service. They dont even deserve 1 star.Their guys only pitched up twice in the 2 months that I had a contract with them last year. I cancelled my contract a while back and they still keep billing me for every new month even though they dont do anything and they no longer have a contract with me. Repeated calls and emails to them dont resolve anything. Absolutely useless company.

Shopping there is ok but never ever call then to come out and do any work. Fixed my pool pump but after final payment they will never come out for any issues

Great service from the owner , Sad to see that a single bad employee can almost distroy all the years of hard work and building up of a small business. Glad to see there is a new team!

Very poor service. Pool still leaking. Ignore calls and messages.
