Id like to return a facemask I ordered online. I bought it online to limit my time in store. On the website, there is no size guide. There is also no reference to this product being ineligible for return. Please see screengrabs attached.When I called, I was advised that a facemask counts as underwear and that they have signs in-store saying the item cannot be exchanged. Firstly, a facemask does not count as underwear and secondly, why is the same courtesy not extended to online customers? The store also advised they have cups which people can try on, so clearly sizing is an issue.Please advise why I cant exchange my M/L facemask for a L/XL facemask? I think the discrepancy in disclosures between the in-store and online experience disadvantages online customers.

A lot of the shoes I found online are not instore so that was annoying but at least I found a shoe I like and the staff were pretty helpful
