Communication is the worst. They sent an email to an incorrect email about my training, the refused to take responsibility for it and would not let me speak to their boss. They kept giving me excuses that he is in a meeting, He is on the phone, He is currently out of the office. Just to avoid dealing with their mistake. They have been ignoring my emails, yet they threaten to debit from our accounts because apparently, I am the one who inconvenienced them. How about that!
