Absolutely poor service! They gate closed on my car, guards refused to give me a point of contact, refused to give me their names, finally got ahold of Michael on the phone who I believe is a manager, his response to my complaint was to ask me if I want to come fight him... absolutely disgusting service. BULLIES IN UNIFORM @Psira please investigate. No Psira qualified individual should ever approach a situation like this.
Unhelpful as always, Guards and managers have no sense of professionalism and experience. My experience with them was by far the worse. Worse security in Midrand. Hardly trusted, residents all agree, with nothing good to say about them.
