I am sure 5 stars were issued by the employees, all the times i tried to deal with these guys i got my worst ever service, they dont even record orders received esp the embroidery side. The third experience had to recover my stock and took them to some other service providers after 1 week of time wasted.Untrained staff, looks like family business!!!!
If disappointment was a store, this would be it. I understand delayed services, but wow, they outdid themselves. I paid my deposit as requested on Tuesday, gave them detailed description of what I wanted, and got promised that my stuff will be ready on on Thursday. Oh boy was I lied to, Thursday I go to pick up my stuff only to find out the designer hadn’t even started designing what I ordered. Sat down with him, went through what I expected, and was promised my stuff would be ready by 16:00-17:00. Again, I was let down. The designer was still running through designs with me at 16:00 and asked if he can get the stuff done for me on Friday morning. I agreed, but again, they didn’t deliver on their promise. Had to ask someone to fetch the stuff for me. They sat through the night STILL designing stuff and only left the place after 20:00 Friday evening. As if that wasn’t enough, they even misinformed my friend that the money she paid for the board stand will be refunded when we drop it off only to be told that that’s not the case. I’ll definitely won’t be going back again after such horrible service.
As a company, our image says a lot about us as far as posters, labels etc, after some time struggling with high quality print outs, brookfield printers came to our rescue. We from KEEPITSKOON 💓love their work. 😎
Terrible service:17th December 2019 - I was to attend a business network event on that weeks Saturday therefore i needed urgent business cards. So i ordered their URGENT BUSINESS CARDS package and paid my invoice in full.13th January 2020 - Such much for urgency! Guess what, I still have not received my business cards. No one calls to explain what is the hold up, every-time you call them you get a novel.DO NOT USE! Find another service provider for your services.
