Service is super slow and staff not well trained. They have a I dont care attitude. Rather go to the newly opened Dischem. You will wait and wait and wait. Sad.

Service at the pharmacy is shocking, always have to wait forever.

Tried to make use of the pharmacy facility and was horribly let down by their lack of communication. I was liaising with one of their staff at the pharmacy for days, when they assured me that I would have the ordered prescription medication I needed by friday afternoon. when I arrived at 3:30 that afternoon, the medication was not available and nobody had even bothered to inform me of such. During this COVID19 Pandemic many of us are only leaving our homes maybe once a week to reduce exposure, which is what I had explained to them and why it was important to ensure the medication was there on time. When I further asked them to contact the supplier and let me know when to expect it, they still have not communicated with me and its been 3 days. Very poor customer service
