This place is really a good range of dog food outside of the typical chain stores.

We usually receive great service here. Walked in today and had the opposite experience. No friendly welcome as we would normally receive and no assistance offered. We found what we needed to and proceeded to the till. We greeted the two ladies behind the counter and they blatantly ignored our greeting, not the same two ladies who weve been assisted by before, they are always incredibly helpful. Quite disappointing.

Service levels have unfortunately dropped based on my last two visits. In addition whats the point of having a rewards program if its not functional. Hugely disappointing.

Dr Versfeld is an amazing Veterinarian who always puts the wellbeing of animals first, he will never compromise on treatment. Vet Deli is worth visiting and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Love this store! The ladies working here are super helpful and friendly always. They have a large selection of toys and treats and are always well stocked. Definitely my favorite pet store in Midrand.

Service is great and what attracts me to Vet Deli is that my pet groomer has also moved there which is a win win all round.They sell everything you need for a pet, from, toys, bedding, pet food in pellets and tins, variety of makes, and a great variety of treats.So if you care for your pets, you can have them groomed at Razzmatazz and buy them a special treat on your way out.

My wife went there to buy some treats for my new bulldog puppy.The lady in charge gave her stuff that is not ment for puppies.My dog is shivering and suffering with stomach aches.The dog is only 8 weeks old. Absolutely unacceptable to sell products that are not ment for your pet.

Excellent service, l went there looking for calves replacement milk unfortunately they dont kept it but they call the other shops with there own phone to corfim that they have the milk that l was looking for, and they managed to get one for me. Ive been taking my cat-kids to VetDeli and Vet-on-the-move since 2008 and wouldnt pick any other Vet and Pet Facility. Dr. Andrew Versfeld is professional, friendly and great with animals. Hes helped save several of my Furry-Babies over the years. And a huge bonus: He does House-calls when you cant make it to him. The new Petshop is stunning! Open, Spacious and light. For any Dog-parent, the addition of the Grooming Parlour is a huge plus. The staff are super friendly. With the addition of their online store, it is truly a We-do-it-for-yousolution! A huge thanks to the VetDeli Crew!!

The changes that have recently be completed are a great improvement. However there is a major down fall when it gets to accessing the centre in the evenings, once the gate on 7th Road has been closed.The entertainer at the When garage side is totally inadequate. The location of the Chicken licken drive through just does not work.My suggestion to improve this dilema, would be to section off the Chicken Licken from the main center parking area in the evening.Thus freeing up the congession at the When gate.Really think this needs to be investigated.
