Its actually a tiny kiosk. With a small range. I would recommend a specialized stationary store instead

I have two LAMY fountain pens and I send multiple emails to the service department for assistance for my local distributor and LAMY them selves but they just dont reply. the pens are wonderful but the after sales service is the WORST ever.

Yesterday went gift shopping with my husband at Mall of Africa.I spotted a nice Lamy pen on your pop up stands.The sales lady who was there did not pay attention to us as she was busy on her cellphone.I asked her about a certain pen and she asked me if I can afford coz its quite pricey ?I was greatly offended by her attitude and service.We paid for our pen and left. I am very disappointed by your service and I felt not appreciated as a customer.

No-one manning the pop-up store in Mall of Africa. Terrible service. Avoid this brand at all cost. No feedback from the company or route to resolution.It seems their disdain for their customers knows no limits.
