Did online quote request for monthly packaging. Heard nothing. Called. Got incorrect quote. Called again. Got correct quote.Replied asking if products are in stock? Heard nothing.Called. Told, yes, just come pay and collect. Made this mistake before, asked again. Told, wait, Ill call you in five to confirm. Hear nothing.Get a mail a day two later, Yeah, weve got stock.Drive through the next day. They wont accept the quote and have to do a new one. We pay.Then some of the products are out of stock. Start doing a partial refund. Then no wait, they do have the stock. Then no wait again, something else is out of stock. Sooo much time and effort to buy some boxes.Would have been cool if they gave us the available stock and delivered the shortfall whenever. But no, I need to now go through the whole process again in a week or two then drive again. No thanks.PCM has moved onto our B-List of suppliers:(Update: Mailed them as requested. Heard nothing back. Called today. They didnt call back. Just more of the same.Another update: Ida returned my call. Said that theyre not interested in the complaint and say its blackmail to leave a negative review. Now I know where the rot starts. Wont be going back.

I’ve been buying from packaging centre for almost a year or two now and each time I purchased my order was missing. I recently bought bottles in bulk and the order was missing 100 lids. I reported the shortage and I was told they would send it with my next order. Why with my next order? Who said I was planning on buying anything from you guys after the constant failure to send a proper order. I want my refund, I will go look elsewhere and will never support your business again. You clearly do not know how to treat people
