Service is amazing. My eyes having been giving me issues and help I got was fast but most of all efficient. Got my glasses a few days after it was ordered. Customer service is amazing everyone is super friendly and helpful. Their communication regarding progress of your glasses as well as following up as to whether you happy is top notch. I got way more than I expected. 😊

I have been with Candeece I think two years now , and everything from education and professionalism is everything to do with this practice . It was an absolute pleasure to visit Vision Works, they are so professional and treat you like a VIP from the moment you walk in. All the staff are very helpfull and professional. The service is just top notch. My glasses came out earlier than expected and my eyes are so happy. The optometrists here are top notch. My 7 year old also got her 1st pair of glasses and she is so happy that she can see better. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff at Vision Works Dainfern are so friendly and with COVID-19 they have taken the extra steps to make sure that our health and safety is not at risk. I went for eye test a little over 2 weeks ago and the service was amazing and efficient. I received my glasses with in the two weeks and they fit perfectly. I would recommend Vision Works Dainfern to anyone who wants efficient service and friendly help. They are always willing to help and I believe they do go the extra mile for their customers. I will most definitely be going back.

The service from beginning to end was exceptional, did a repeat eye test and chose a new pair of frames - my glasses were ready for collection in 3 days!! Am very happy with the new glasses and lenses, thank you Vision Works! 👌👌

I had an incredible experience when I took my son Caleb who is almost 6 years old to get a pair of sunnies. We were assisted with a smile and from the minute we arrived Ina was amazing with Caleb, she asked him which ones he liked and took him to the big mirror to see which ones he wanted! She also said that his polarised glasses for 90rand would be so cool amongst his buddies! I think it was a bargain and the customer service was unbelievable! I would recommend this practise to any parents looking to take their kids and also the Vision Works at Intercare Fourways as the owner of Dainfern also owns that practise and the service is unreal!

My starting experience going into VisionWorks was amazing, my eye test done was very professional and informative. Picking my frames was made fun by the staff, they were very helpful as I can be indecisive. I also got a free pair of lenses, which I found to be pretty cool, choose to do sunglasses and from there all went down hill, which really disappointed me and my experience in the end. Not ALL the staff members are professional!!!

I’m so happy typing this review as I’m currently wearing my Mó prescription glasses from Vision Works Dainfern. I’ve struggled with blurry/far eye sight for a while now and lost confidence ... found my confidence in my eyes again! My overall experience was incredible... I’m so happy with the service I’ve received from the staff at Vision works Dainfern and even in this tough times.. all sanitary procedures were done throughout my visit , leaving me feeling safe . I’m happy to have found a permanent home for my eyes and frames of choice ❤️

I’ve been spending more time, during the national lockdown, in front of my computer screen, giving online lessons to my learners.I visited Vision Works in Dainfern Square after seeing an Instagram post about the Buy 1 Get 1 Free special that they currently running. My newly found and favourite optometrist there suggested that I get a blue light coating on my spectacles.I also got a stylish Ruby frame prescription sunglasses, as a free pair, with their promotion.Their service is impeccable! 😃

Went there today, after following them on Instagram and reading their reviews....expecting great service and help. I had gone to choose frames. Unfortunately I didnt have a very pleasant experience.Assistant was not friendly or welcoming for that matter. There was no assistance in choosing frames that might suit me,or opinions on what might suit my face better. The selection was very minimal.My experience was really underwhelming.

The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to assist you. Its the only place I go to for my contact lenses. Highly recommend!

Extremely unhappy with paying over R12,000 for 2 sets of lenses (excluding frames). This is with a buy one get one free deal. Over and above that; one set had to be returned as it was not well cut and had to wait a further few weeks for that. 2 years ago I hardly paid R8,000 for two pairs including (Armani and Silouhette Frames) at Fourways Intercare Branch; still cant make sense of this charge this time around and I’m certainly not going back to Vision Works again from here on.This is one field where we believe what we are told and charged exorbitantly as we do not quite know much.

The quote is discussed on the day so you are aware what is and isn’t covered and they help you stick to your budget.The staff and Optometrist (Michele) are enormously friendly and professional.
