It has been a few weeks since I received my new pair of glasses. They work wonderfully. The staff were very friendly and kind and continuously kept me up to date with the progress of my glasses. I really appreciated the personal touch of the optometrist, she was extremely patient and made sure I get the right script for my eyes. She even had a personalised board welcoming me.

A big thank you to the Polofields Specsavers team for their outstanding service. The welcome board was a hit with my daughter and both our eye tests were done with great care, friendliness and professionalism. Definitely recommend paying them a visit :)

The optometrist was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything in easy to use terms. Assistants were very helpful and explained delivery times and gave me advice on the type of lens and benefits of it as well.

The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and take the time to ensure you are given the best customer service. I was very impressed with the selection of frames, there were a variety of trendy and professional frames yet remaining within a reasonable budget. I was happy to see some great name brands such as Police, Tommy Hilfiger and Carolina Herrera to name a few. Tabitha the optometrist has the ability to connect with her patients and has excellent communication skills. She takes the time to explain sight problems and treatment options in laymans terms that makes it easy for us to understand. Specsavers Polofields Crossing is definitely our new family optometrist!

I went to Woodmead Specsavers after making an appointment for three of us, cancelled one, and got there to find they messed up two remaining appointments, asked us to return in 90 minutes. Said no thanks, walked into Polofields spec savers, impressed, appointment made, I received SMS while in store, chose frame, and had coffee nearby then saw the optician, Tabitha Munsami, she was amazing, tested and explained every step of the way, took almost an hour, but she was informative, could have stayed longer, a great professional. Impressed to receive via email links to articles on eye condition.A great experience, Woodmead specsavers loss, my and Polofields gain. Service with a smile.
