I booked the company and paid the deposit. The moving price was reasonable so I was happy to use them. The invoicing and booking was all handled professionally until the day of the move. The truck was scheduled to arrive at 4pm. I received no calls from the movers or anyone at the office to let me know why the delay or to even apologize. I had to call around and was given three peoples numbers. The drivers phone was off as it wasnt charged which is already unprofessional as you know you have a move scheduled. Each time I called the depot I was told the driver had left and is 10min away. 3hours later no driver. No movers. I receive a call 5hr after the time of moving. The next day I return the call and it turns out to be the driver audacious enough to ask me why I did not answer because he had to turn around. Im giving the company another chance to fix its error this morning failing which my deposit will need to be refunded as this has been a very terrible experience. BTK Movers has the best service so far,I would recommend them to anyone because their servce is on point,with no delays,speed and there is value for money. I was satisfied with their service from their office to their driver.
