I think that they know what they are doing when it comes to motorbikes. Friendly service. A little more than expected. A nice lounge in which to wait while your bike is serviced or repaired. The owner is hands on both here and at there Fire It Up sales rooms.

Great service once again from Trevor and the team. They identified a problem yesterday afternoon on my Tiger 800 where the radiator cap was damaged and losing coolant. I was given a loan bike and by end of today all was sorted and I have my bike back.Keep up the good work!

I could even choose a specific timeslot for the service.Neat and sanitized premises: COVID-19 compliant premises. One customer in the reception area at a time. The COVID-19 paperwork desk is separate from the reception counter....I guess for social distancingTidy and sanitized customer waiting lounge with refreshments, reading materials, big screen TV and a nice view of Kyalami Race Track. The 1.5 hours motorcycle service time went by unnoticed as I did some work, watched the TV and looked from the balcony the technicians being busy with bikes in their neat service area.Can wait for your bike, if you prefer. No anxious waiting for a call to tell you when to collect. You already know your appointment time.In the end, I was called to reunite with my serviced, clean, shiny AND SANITIZED bike to hit the road.

When you enter Performance Technic it feels like walking into Bike heaven. Everything is neat, clean with a touch of class. Accessories too every hearts desire. Pretty sure this how women feel when they enter a mall all you want to do is shop till you drop.However clientele service with Performance Technic remains their top priority. And do I need to say more? I walked out with satisfaction. Overall these guys are on top of their game. Keep up the good work.

Well.Where do I start?Bike spent 3 months there and came back home still no problems solved.Not reliable don’t trust and be careful, your bike will come back with new problems.

Second time I take my bike there and very happy thus far. I was greeted at the door and helped imediately to offload the bike and get things sorted. I filled in the form for a jobcard and was asked what I wanted done specificaly. They said they will check the bike and send me a quote for me to decide. The representative told me that the issue I have with the bike might just be a small problem and they will take a look and get back to me. All in all, sofar I am very happy with the service I have received from them up to now

Had to review my rating. I had my bike there, it was found my heated grip was broken. I was told they will order the part and notify me when it is available. This was end of November 2019, I had to follow up in 2020. Then I was told it will be sorted. And now on 3 March 2020, still no feedback. Seem since Justin left there, everything is going downhill.

Had my bike serviced here for the first time. Was helped even before they opened,service was super quick and on point. Thanks Justin, will definatly be back!

Poor Service. Been waiting for mine bike for 13 weeks. Every time its a different reason or problem and no commitment. Dont even keep you updated on any progress. In the 13 weeks they maybe phoned me twice. Sometimes you need to phone them 6 or 7 times just to get to them to answer the phone

Edit: 3 weeks later when I made this review and still no bike. I believe in going to open a case against them.Major service on 125cc Aprilia takes longer than a month, and I still havent seen my bike, if you dont respond to a quote they email you in 3 days, you get threaten with storage space R200 per day. If you never phone weekly about your bike, they will forget about it. If the receptionist takes leave then nothing is managed according to her, and everything is halt. I have spent so much money on alternative transport to work and back, that could have my bike services 2x. I originally wanted my bike service and start fixing other issues with my bike instead if a service takes this long? Imagine Ill only get my bike in december

Best service workshop Ive found in Gauteng, nothing in Pretoria can match it and recommend you ask that they rather just collect your bike and save yourself time and money.Went back today with a damaged tyre, options presented based on pros and cons. Not impressed at all. Serviced my bike and only then bothered to check that my service plan expired 2 weeks ago. Could not drop me off at work or make arrangements to pick me up at work after the service was done. Also didnt have anything ready when I managed to get there to pick up the bike, so the service book is still with them.
