I am traumatized, Id give a zero star if there was an option. Ill never use their service again.I happily took my new blanket for a wash, the following events happened but I did not have a problem with any of them initially:1. My double bed blanket was charged for the price of a queen blanket, I settled the invoiced in peace.2. It took over 96 hours to get my blanket back.48 hours, I was told that the blanket couldnt dry due to loadshedding.72 hours, I was told that the inner parts of the blanket didnt dry.Everything went completely South when I unfolded my blanket and it had big blue stains, seems like it was mixed with jeans. The worst thing is that I wasnt told about this upon delivery to me, I believe if they had been honest with me and explained to me what had happened I wouldnt have been so mad. All the excuses I was given were basically because they had ruined my blanket and they were trying to fix the mess.
