Very bad customer service, false information and false promises.Customer service dont want to cancel the application even though they failed to activate the fiber and provide service, eventually online chat agent Sally ended the chat suddenly as she doesnt want to handle my request!Update: Issue was solved only after I visited their branch in fourways and they responded immediately next day in the morning, router delivery was quick as well.3 stars for the delay and customer service handling.
