Bad bad bad... Break-ins people being held at Gun point For a TV and gadgets security doesnt care. No security upgrades houses are falling apart, the garden service is horrible doesnt know how to provide a service, the rates are high, the metering system doesnt work, so bills are always wrong the list goes on the crime is bad. Safety is not a priority.

Summerset Place was just a trial and error, our house walls are breaking, unpainted for over 5 yrs,the walls are wet , pre-paid meter needs u to switch off the main switch in order to get network wen loading electricity and the roof coming off, Rain affecting our ceiling, been asking for assistance from the complex but they failing to assist.Really regret buying in this area.
