Poor service. Actually non existent service. There was a great big conversation going on with all the staff and they were highly entertained. Store is neat and product selection is good but limited.

Zara Home is my best home shop experience. From first entering and being met by the soothing Black Vanilla smell and colourbursts in linen youll be hooked. Staff is friendly. Products are exquisite and experience five star.

One of the better home decor shops you could go to if youre looking for something unique for your home. A little pricier than others out there but the quality is undeniable.

Poor service, manager has a bad attitude...and Zara furniture pieces are poor quality set at hefty prices. I paid R4000 for a marble top nesting table. It looks like the paint hand been peeled off, and scratched at. I was told that this is the look of the table - which it definitely was not. It definitely is a rip off... be weary of furniture pieces from Zara Home.

Told me to leave my takeaway coffee at the door, the other shops does not have a problem with you bringing in takeaway coffee and there was no clear sign at the door telling you not to bring in drinks. Pricey as well.
