Ive ordered from Heightsafety Gear in the past with no issues but my last order was an awful experience.The order was placed in October 2020. They didnt have stock and I had to follow up continuously to find out the status of the order.When the stock finally arrived in December (again I only knew because I had followed up yet again) I was told that it was at the distribution center and I should let her know when Im ready to collect.I sent three emails between January and March requesting if I could collect. No response at all. I eventually called and was told Mbali would call me back. Out of desperation I eventually drove to Midrand.The order was not ready and I had to drive all the way to Laezonia to collect. She assured me that they were expecting me. When I arrived they had no idea who I was. Eventually they got the order but it was missing one item. No one was wearing masks or following any safety procedures so I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible but was forced to wait while they sorted it out.They will not be getting any future orders or recommendations from me. The level of apathy was astonishing!
