I went in last week to order a birthday balloon with glitter in for my friends birthday. I requested it to be delivered to Wasabi restaurant at a specific time. Great service, was even told they could print on the balloon for me. Really happy with the service received and my friend was so happy!

Most irresponsible employees working in the shop.they are not available to look after the customers,they even disrespect customers with their attitude and actions. One word RUDE...

Owners of the shop does not take responsibility for inconveniences caused by the workers so I would not recommend anyone to go to Cardis for they disrespect clients and shame them in front of the entire mall.HATE THIS PLACE

My mother in law was harassed by two customers in the store. They wrongfully accused her of stealing and the store staff did very little to clear her name. They could have viewed the video footage and proven her innocence in the presence of her accusers, but they did not. It appeared that the staff were siding with the accusers. After this incident we have decided not to support Cardies in the future.

They didnt have many gifts like they used to have, was a bit disappointed in their variety.

Theres a lady who inflates the balloons. She has a disgusting attitude. Took out the joy in the event I was planning. Didnt want to assist at all & kept popping balloons during inflation. This is supposed to be a festive place.Deeply frustrated.

A cute little place with most of the things youd expect to find in a gift shop cards, keychains, candles, balloons, number balloons, numbered cards, mug holders with names (common female names atleast), picture frames, placards with words of wisdom etc.
