Customer service is absolutely shocking. No one ever reply to emails, messages or phone calls. This is very concerning when you invest your money and cant find out what is happening with it.

Following the misconduct and incomprehensible incompetence on the part of Lesley van der Merwe from Envestpros insurance brokerage; not to mention Envespros unwillingness to mitigate the issue, or even respond to my complaints; you can well understand that I do not feel comfortable taking on additional business with Envestpro in future.

I had a terrible encounter with Envestpro. The staff member I had dealings with was arrogant and outright rude. Please bear in mind no matter who your dealings are with, customer service is paramount.
