No assistance at all,their staff never answer their phones,they cant even respond to emails,applied for certificate reprint long back but nothing is happening..

If I could give them a zero I would. A simple thing for a reprint of certificates still has not been done for a month, emails of colleagues to a Emmanuel Tshianane and Glory Sambo that are ccd in to process my certificates do not respond or come back to you. phone lines are for ever not working. Seems as though its a holiday there.

No use you even try phoning. They never answer the phone!!!!!
