If you love getting worse pricing than Makro as a dealer then support away. They dont care about their channel and does not deserve support from the smaller guys. The service is slow on top of that.

Effective in product selection but slow to deliver when u are at the counter waiting for stock. Prices are always great. Please sort out the stock allocation to counter clients.

I buy a lot from Pinnacle and the products are good, staff are great, I have waited a few times there for awhile but most occasions I get helped quickly and promptly.

Its a pity that the service is so slow.I waited more than an hour for stock that i placed an order on and recieved a picking nr for, more than 5 hours ago.Come on Pinnacle... this is like the 6th time this is happening.Is customer service not something your establishment is interested in?

Great prices if you have a dealership

Be prepared to wait for weeks. Silly setup and slow as hell! No manager on service floor and always takes forever to pickup stock. Proof of payment is never found and the get settled in because picking takes long. Useless place.

No stock, or theres one left but it cant be found in the storage, before waisting your time driving there all the way confirm your order and make sure that it can be located from the stores...
