Is always a pleasure for me to do my yearly mammogram and sonar they make it easy for me to forget about my health issues

It was my first visit at this particular facility and experienced first class service. Staff was very professional and efficient. Dr Bindapersad was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything in details.She really put my mind at ease.

My most pleasant experience at a radiologist so date. The rooms were clean and beautifully set out and the staff were really efficient, pleasant, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about all they deal with. They made my experience memorable. I will definitely be recommending the clinic to anyone and everyone.

Yesterday we experienced first class service. My Mom needed to have her first mammogram and naturally she was very scared and extremely anxious. But the staff at the clinic were so amazing. They explained everything to us on arrival, when my Mom went in, she told me that they explained every step to her and spoke to her about arbitrary stuff to divert her mind. Before she knew it was over. The owner who had performed another test on Mom came out and explained to both us in simple layman terms (no medical jargon) what she found and was so kind and professional about it.The whole service and experience was so awesome and we left feeling relieved and content with all that had been explained to us.I definitely rate Midrand Breast Clinic 10/10 for all around excellent experience! The employees are very laid back and have loud conversations infront of clients that arent feeling well. Waiting time was supposed to be 20min I waited well over 20 minutes.As the employees were chatting in between completing their tasks. One was even dancing and singing in the waiting area. It was overall, a very unprofessional experience

If you have the patience to be kept waiting in spite of what time your appointment was, be their guest. The assistants are also not shy to tell you to wait for ther lunch break which is an hour...dont get me wrong, I wont trivialize anyones time to eat, but hey.....she was so passionate about it.Next time your doctor refers tiu ask for alternatives....

I went for breast screening at the clinic, the ladies at the clinic are very friendly, they supportive, the are very understanding and they really care very much about their patients.i was nervous and with their support i was at ease.They explained everything to me and answered all questions,i understood everything they told me.the doctor was friendly and patient.i would recommend everyone to visit the clinic, the clinic services are great.

This is the best clinic i have been in a very long time. Came in for a breast sonar, i was so scared as i was experiencing cancer scare, it was on a Saturday and my appointment was at 1:30 PM as they close a 2PM on Saturdays. I called to explain i was on my way but running late, they waited for me. The stuff was amazing so welcoming and the doctor made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything from A-Z and made sure i inderstood. While she was taking the sonar she explained everything from the top layer of the skin to lungs, as the sonar screen shows all this . She truly is the best doctor. Thank you so much. The long travelling was worth it.

I recently visited the Midrand Breast and Bone Density Clinic for the second time. I have chosen this clinic as you are seen on time, the staff are efficient and Dr. Bindapersad is friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease throughout the entire examination. She is the first radiologist to explain the results in clear laymans terms and I leave there feeling I understand what is happening in my body. I would highly recommend this practice.

My appointment was at 12:30 .I had to wait for 1hour ,the white lady came they took her before me say she was in a hurry .

I always find these procedures painful and invasive and this one wasnt any different, however the staff here are very accommodating and explain the process step by step. I didnt want to have all if this done again after a bad experience in the past but Im glad I did. Brought peace of mind and I know Im ok till next time. Thank you!

What an AWFUL experience! I spoke to Dr Binderpasad whom I initially thought was a lovely doctor. She said on the phone that if my glands are swollen again I should come, she will have a look. Mind you on this call she already called me crazy and psychological for my reported symptoms which I guess should have prepared me. Whilst in the rooms Im trying to explain and ask about the many lumps I felt as consultations goes. She very upruptly and angrily told me to LET HER DO HER JOB as if Im interfering and being rude to talk now. So I stayed quiet, at the end I just wanted to ask about 2 other things and she was very impatient saying now shes started to rub off the gel! She kept asking why am I here? As if I am unnnecessarily going to doctors for nothing. So I said well my glands are feeling swollen and quite a lot more than it was. It has also been acting up for months now. Well truth is we had a conversation on the phone and she said I should come in if it plays up she will have a look! But in the consultation, she says: no there isnt time for that now you will have to book another appointment. Later on she said I should rather go to a GP. Well then why did she tell me to come and see her in the first place? When we were done she kept telling me to wipe myself and that all the stuff isnt off as if I am a 3 year old. When we were done she asked me again: why am I here ! Only once in 12 months is necessary. So I told her AGAIN because of my glands. I mean we spoke on the phone remember. So at the end it was so horrible I burst into tears. I have never experienced such treatment. I am someone without medical aid for whom it is really really hard to even afford to see the doctor. I would only go if I am not feeling well. It is a horrible thing when a doctor treat you like your symptoms are psychological just because they couldnt find whats wrong. Never ever treat a patient like that. It could well be something is getting missed as well. It is better just to say you cant find anything wrong if thats the case. But dont make gross assumptions about your patient and bite off their head. We are paying for a service. Id rather have saved the money and see someone who looks at my glands then as I acted on her advise to come and see her and be treated like this.

Had an xray ,had coffee at the restaurant while waiting for my stuff lovely place ,pretty setting and friendly staff.

When my daughter had an injury on her shoulder, we took her there for an xray and it was an excellent experience

Its very convient as its by the gps and atleast u dont have to drive far all you do is walk out the gp and into the xray place and the ladies there are always willing to go the extra mile to help you. Keep the good work up .
