What a disgrace!. We ordered and paid R36000 for labels out front which was delivered to us. 2 months later they generated an additional invoice which they labeled as it could be for over-runs for R3500-00. What-ever that means, they can not explain it but insists that it is now outstanding. They have been harassing us for two months for money we do not own.

Universal labels & Packaging employs a person - PENELOPE BREMNER. In my dealings with her, she has acted in a highly unprofessional manner in my opinion - She rented a cottage from me and continually inappropriately demands money back for a lease agreement which she did not honour.
