This shop in mall of africa sold me a product Thts expiring in 3 weeks time and it cost R500, I went there the following day and they told me to come on another week for an exchange of new one, Tht week came and they told me same thing and another week came they told me same thing, the foth week going there using Uber which was this past Sunday, now to refund my money back, the manager told me to leave their product and write my details down sow Tht they can refund my money back, I did Tht without signing anything now its been 4 days my money is not back to my account, and they not giving me feedback its me Thts calling them every day they dont call me.. Today when I call shes telling me Tht she needs to do cash and there after transfer my money back to me🤔🤔when I dont get my money back by this weekend am taking this matter further... Am tired of spending money calling them and going there for nothing...

I came to the store on Wednesday. Your products look very appealing but you are stating that they are organic, are they really. I asked the sales person what the ingredients of the soaps are and he didnt know what I was talking about. When I explained what I mean he couldnt give me an answer. I truly expect the sales person to know what the exact ingredients are especially when you are stating that the soaps are organic. And how can they be organic with those vibrant colors. Hope you can get back to me with an answer.

Sales ladies dont give cash sales receipts. The one asks the other what are you charging? I bought the small nail buffer that comes with cuticle oil for R300 but money didnt go into the cash register and no receipt was forthcoming.😞
