By far the worst pathetic piece of #$%& company as well as City Useless Power.. I have no words to describe these pathetic companies. God help us as they cant.. I hope you all rot in hell..

By far the worst company to deal with I install many prepaid meters and firstly they dont bother to email you back when you required technical support then today called twice waited more that 20 minutes each time just to be cut off aboth times pathetic

HEXING SA is a joke, i have been trying to get a user manual from them for more then a Month now, i can only get the receptionist on the phone.She is very unless she told me to email support.After many emails i did not even get one reply. I cant belive a big international company like Hexing can have such pathetic service. I dont recommend this company for your metering needs.
