I have been waiting for my order for over a week1. No communication on when one should expect their order2. The courier company doesnt communicate either they came to my and returned with my order3. Customer service department doesnt even follow up I have to call numerous times.4. I wasnt given an option to pick up or deliveryThis is pathetic

This company do not even deserve a 1 star rating, the worst possible customer service received. A simple repair on a laptop, three/four weeks now and laptop still not repaired, after I have requested on numerous times that I need the laptop urgently to work from home! I am absolutely so angry, please dont ever use this company to work on computers/laptops, whatever they are useless!!!!!

The First shop always have stuff that is well priced compared to other competitors. Their office is located here, but the stock is not - so its not possible to collect items from this address, or that was what I was told. I was attending at lfp for my learnership from the first of July last year till July this year, and I did not get my bonus, can you explain why

Always used to appreciate their efficiency and good service but it has taken a steep decline. Currently waiting over two weeks for an order and absolutely nobody is getting back to us about the delivery despite contacting management. Prices might be good but delivery has been taking very long and we do not receive any feedback with regards to our orders.

Poor service.It took them two days to ship and a simple order which was listed as in stock and therefor my order was delivered late. I ended up having to buy the item from another company and wasted a lot of time and money because of it. They also ignored my emails when I tried to inquire about the delivery date. I definitely wont buy from them again.

I had a problem with my SAMSUNG CLX-3305FW printer after my Mac Mojave system upgrade(according to dr Google a known Mac problem). My printer would print, but not scan. Samsung has been taken over by HP - and HP is THROTTLING Samsung - providing user support that is almost impossible to access. You have to call Cape Town to get support centre detail and HP Cape Town dont even have accurate detail! After struggling myself stupid I got hold of DEWALD at First Tech. He sat and struggled for more than 2 hours and eventually managed to give me a working printer/scanner. He never got frustrated or impatient and spoke to me in a language I understood (Im technologically challenged). Thank you Dewald - if youre working for HP they do NOT deserve you!

Poor service on online orders. Communication from First Tech is nonexistent. Emailed twice, no reply. Called the head office, could not help me or even find my order with the Order No on the Invoice. Eventually Dell South Africa offered to help me, even though they have nothing to do with First Techs orders.
