I enjoyed my week with them and the stuff is amazingly nice, not only do they teach but they also give you tips on how to be the best baker and own your own bakery or confection. They are the best especially my teacher Sella she is friendly and makes sure that you enjoy your stay with 👌👌👌👌❤ I loved each day with them and the things you bake are super yummy 😋😋😋❤❤

I attended the beginners course for baking earlier this year. The course was satisfying and my results was great. I now work as a Baker in a bakery locally. They have an excellent team of teachers with hands on classes.

I attended the one week beginners baking and decorating course. The syllabus is good because you learn to make cupcakes, biscuits and celebration cakes. I enjoyed being exposed to this variety. Its more of a practical course which i enjoyed. The teachers are friendly, accommodating, helpful. patient especially Sellah including Ritah.They provide accommodation if needed which i feel is fairly priced. Its in a safe and very beautiful area. I highly recommend it especially if you stay far.  They made my stay and travelling to and from school such a smooth process.Bibi is very kind and professional is all aspects. She is approachable and understanding. I respect her business ethic and love her hospitable personality. I love her personal touch which i think is important when you provide a service.There is also a bakery which sells beautiful cakes and nice goodies.In summary i recommend the school .especially if you are a novice or you want to improve your baking skills.Recommendations/ Improvements: the location is not the best, however Bibi the director indicated that they are moving which i feel is great for the image of the school. and the website can be revamped BUT overall I highly recommend the school.

I started my career with this school and it was the best decision in my my life.I have grown and a prospered as a baker and a teacher at Midrand baking schoolI highly recommend this school as a professional institute and they are accredited with the South America new chefs association.
