This complex for me is completely out of place and just not somewhere Id want to buy or stay. Tried an airBNB here and its just super unorthodox to the current apartment complex model that is growing in Johannesburg and its just strange that something like this exists in the Dainfern precinct. Water damage in the unit as well which is down to poor build quality.Sure units like these have their place somewhere in Joburg but it just feels so out of place and a bit intrusive with ground units being very open to the rest of the public since theres no gardens on the bottom floor with walls. Just a sliding door from your lounge area straight into the complex. Strange and I cant imagine very safe.
