I had to leave due to an ongoing issue that Im struggling to get resolved.

If I could give them a Zero I would.First of all we moved out due to the Power Cut. When we found out that they owed City Power R2.5 Million. The management handled the whole thing badly.Secondly, upon moving out they charged me R3500 just to paint a few 5 cm marks on the walls. I dont understand how you can use R100s worth of paint anc charge someone R3500.Lastly, when I refused to pay the R3500 they logged a default on my credit record. Fortunately I have a legal plan but imagine you going through all this. Is it worth it?Only good thing is the free wifi. They have big roaches there due to the unclosed vents. I wish they would apologize for treating me badly.

Parking numbers dont align to unit numbers which creates chaos. Security staff not always accommodating. Not easy to figure out where access doors leading staircases are.
