After a mess up with credits and returns, proper admin were not done. It ended up me thinking I have credit whereas according to Astrum I don’t.They never did a credit note when they should have. I was robbed...Eventually the whole mess go sorted out and it was concluded that Astrum admin were indeed in the wrong. They never checked my return item back into stock before reissuing a new item.Up until now, NO ONE even tried to apologise for the mess NOR admit that they were wrong. The guilty party is a ghost...

This brand is very good and i personally have used some of their products before and were quite satisfied

Worst experience ever, treatment towards people is on the lowest level, @amitpansari needs to learn people skills before he chooses to engage with his staff people. Overall terrible experience wouldnt advise anyone to purchase there until amit learns how to respect people because if he cant respect people where can he respect his clients?

Terrible service from Astrum - Muskesh has the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. No respect for customers. Their warranties are not honoured, instead they return defective items right back and claim that there is no fault on the units. - Beware some of the positive reviews below are from their own staff members and not customers.
