I went for training in February 2019, the training was great! But, I still to this day have not received my certificate, and every time I ask them, I get the same generic excuse:We sncerely apologise for the delay in receiving all the SETA certificates. Since this is a credit bearing course the certificates of competency can only be issued after a SETA site verification.We are currently awaiting the next SETA site visit and will forward the certificates as soon as that is done. We are expecting the next site visit by no later than the last week of February 2020.This has been their generic excuse every time, they just keep changing the dates, it has almost been 2 years since I have done the course. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional would not recommend them, if you actually want a certificate of the course that you have done.

Attended an online Excel course in July 2020, it is now Feb 2021 and I am still waiting for my results. Do not use their services.

Theitacademy.co.za (part of the fastlearn group) STAY AWAYNO SERVICE.This must be the worst IT academy by far. On open day they will market them as one of the preferred service providers for IT training. Courses exist out of 20% theory and 80% practical. After 6 months not a single day practical was done. Students sat 6 months in classroom with self-study from a handbook. No portfolio of evidence was completed.When cancelling studies, the academy only wanted to refund 30% of fees. They had no record of deposit been paid upon registration. I was not impressed whatsoever with any service within your academy. I will report this entire academy at the necessary authorities to review their accreditation and will advise future student not to use them at all. Admin staff, lecturers and Finance staff all incompetent and academy miss-represents itself.

Excellent quality presentation of courses. They have a large variety of computer skills and soft skills courses.
