Poor service, still waiting for a new battery. The issue was logged in June, Lerato had said I should get my battery latest on the 26/07/21. I followed up on the 27/07/21 to receive an email from Gabriel saying the part is not in stock. This is poor service as the laptop is 3 months old. I have followed up with Gabriel, no response.
