Mustek can keep their inferior Mecer products. Not worth the time or money.

Veriety of products at reasonable prices, online shopping experience was great. Cant compare the interact experience, rude staff, bad reviews and service all over.

Another outlet I should have known its existence long ago, selling affordable goods at unbeatable prices. Meet them and to cut down that cost while you can. They also sell to the public, thats a big win.

Terrible service and turn around time.Had to call multiple times to just get assistance and was lied to several occasions.Unit was only assessed after at least a week of being with them and I could not get any decent service until I went in asked to talk to the manager and even then the manager did not want to see me...

I had repairs done, service was great, theyve send me an email when the unit was booked in and when it was ready. We didnt wait long to be helped.

Took 2 months to fix something so simple on a pc. No communication.When we called and emailed they would always respond awaiting spares.Awful, awful, awful.We basically had to threaten them to get our pc back.

I have been on the line to Mustek for half and hour and keep getting put though to someone else. Then dispatch hung up on me. I wanted to confirm an online order as I think it did not go through but the payment went off. SHOCKING service. Rude people!!!

Collections department gets too busy at times, you wait for almost 10 minutes. but your order is always ready. Make sure payment is sorted before you go collect unless you will be making payment there.

It’s a scam. Simple as that, I bought a router on the 25th of September 2020 , they delivered earphone covers worth 59 rand, I tried to contact them everytime you get a different story and a different person. To date I am still waiting for my router. Don’t fall in the same trap... SCAM!!!

Typical example of a company that is too big and set on their own agenda instead of focusing on hiring qualified staff as well as taking care of customers needs.Most the stuff they sell can be found on Take Alot at a cheaper or equal price, which is a problem because I am a reseller and there is no profit margin in buying from them.They discount bigger corporate companies, and get the profits from smaller companies like me.Dont even try to negotiate the price, it does not help

Was told telephonically by the service desk that I could have my Acer laptop repaired there. After travelling for over an hour to get there, the technician advised me that they cannot.

Wonderful People and the place is great

Logged a query on the 21st July for an issue with one of their new tablets they provide, there are no drivers available on their site should you have an issue. The device does not appear to be Windows 10 compliant as MS themselves do not have all the drivers required - so here I sit waiting for a response from support with a device that has no network drivers - It is the Mecer MW10Q16 tablet, so do yourself a favour - find a different supplier to use! AVOID Mustek!!!

Purchased a Huawei Matebook D14 from Mustek who are the official Huawei suppliers in SA. I was very pleasantly surprised with the amazing delivery time... I ordered online and the item arrived within 2 days with no issues. The laptop was sealed in a box and the free promotional items were also included! Thanks for the awesome service! I will be ordering again....

The service is poor staff not even proper trained to handle the customer nicely. One of your workers her name Lizzy she works at repair collection she showed us attitude shes rude to the customers.

You can wait for what feels like forever to get your pre ordered goods. They are usually very busy. Despite this they do have good service and a good repair department. I would recommend them you need and want a processional fix on your product.

Never in my life have I had a worse experience from a company. I had to phone them 4 times after hadI been transferred to nearly every department. When I got transferred to the correct one the phone kept ringing until the line went down. I am shocked and appalled by the service when all I wanted to do was find out about a online order.

Mustek is a very nice place, I went there last year to write my Huawei Competition Lab Exam. They cater very well at this place with more exam rooms. The catch is that there was load shedding and this place seams to not have Backups. The struggle was real since their machines just turns off while writting.

Nobody can assist me in this company I get transfered to 7 people in 6 minutes and still, no assistance. I contact one of the sales people who we normally speak to, on his cell as hes number is on his signature and he rudely puts the phone down in my ear and tells me to not call on his cell.

Took in my pc for a hinge repair. The person who fixed it forgot to put the battery ribbon back on. They then said they would courier it and fix it in 1 day. They forgot to pick up my pc. When i called they manager said hed call me back but never did.

I received excellent service. My motherboard was faulty and they replaced it almost immediately. It was given in on Thursday I received it the following Wednesday. Their customer service was fast and efficient.

Received a new hardware on the 24th Oct, encountered problem and handed in the next day for service on the 25th Oct and requested for a replacement unit. Still unable to resolve this 2 weeks later. It will run into its 3rd week to resolve this simple request.

I called to confirm that they can repair my BIOS problem on my Asus, after a run around of them defaulting to Bring it in for us to check they confirmed that they do.I drove all the way to Midrand only to be told that they dont and I might as well buy a new PC as they will just replace the whole board.Waste of time and effort !

Where to begin. Seems incompetence and unprofessionalism is the order of the day. Phone system does not work. Call, listen to IVR which says Mustek ICT provider of choice (what a joke!) then get put on their music system for a crazy amount of time, drops - go through process again. Phone system has been like this for months. Then service is utterly shocking. Ive had so many bad experiences now its become a joke. Explaining this to management seems to fall on deaf ears. Things are going from bad to worse. Actively now looking to get equipment from other suppliers even if more expensive. Get your act together Mustek!

Well the customer service was fine all along, what really pissed me off is that I enquired about stock availability on a certain item. I was told by the sales rep only two in stock, I asked her to please place an order for one unit that was Friday. The following week on Tuesday I did a follow up to find out why I had not received any updates on the order. To my surprise I got this e-mail Good day No stock ETA 21/07/2017 can you imagine how unprofessional this is my client is waiting for the item and I do not have it and this follows next Good dayOn the email I specified that we had two in stockUnfortunately stock was ordered by another customer.My apologies for my behaviour My Manager is Alton Calvin. I placed the order and paid for it, but the stock was taken and sold to another customer can you believe it. The sales manager has no time to deal with the customer.
