The staff in this store clearly need premium brand customer service training. I walked into the store, two female employees standing by the door ignored me, another male walked past me and even had the audacity to check out my shoes as he walked past. Someone eventually helped me, undermined me by telling me their bags were very expensive without determining whether I can afford them or not. I insisted he assists me regardless & ended up buying a bag. After I paid, they packaged my bag without asking me for details to add on their database like other designer stores do. I had to ask them how I’m going to know if they have new collections in store. The ladies at the door suddenly became friendlier after I bought a bag. Such unprofessionallism for a brand like this!! So disappointed. Never going back.

All they care about is ....sanistising didnt say hello and made us feel un welcome ....we just left....

Excellent staff, great service and good amounts of stock in whatever is displayed.
