The servise at Clothng Junction Ya rona shopping Centre Kaalfontein is very very bad,am a regular there,u will never get any assistance,instead the stuff is sitting down by the door gossping and laughing,my experience today was the worst,one of the staff ladies,the rudest of them all,was shouting at my daughter because my daughter was looking for a size,intead of her doing her job and help,she shouts her,then i told her not to shout she rather help her,she was so rude to us,shouting infront of other customers,her other colleagues sitting down chatting,i then requested to spead to the manager in charge,they said the manager is on leave,i asked for the stand in manager,they said they dont have a manager,if iwanna complain i must go on and complain,they dont care...

Great quality clothing, but poor service at Dawn Park store. The guys there really hav no idea what they are doing. No knowledge of their return policies

I was not happy about the service I got from ds lady pheladi.she didnt have a good customer service. I tried to inform her about how I was affected by her service she showed no remorse n she made joke about my complain with other customer Ds service is totally unaccepted Please management take note
