They run program to conduct community engagement and community needs assessment as guided by HIVA, the staff to conduct ongoing household and family engagements to provide HIV prevention education, importance of HIV known status , treatment initiation and adherence , ensure that foster parents or parents in the house hold are involved in assessment , development of care plans  as aligned to core package of services  and review progress made towards achievement of activities in care plans of their children , Ensure that households are referred for grants and train them on financial capabilities to ensure household economic circumstances improve , conduct let’s talk parenting group to strengthen communication and interpersonal relationships between parents , primary caregivers and OVC& youth.
