If you’re looking for the best Mogodu around Midrand this is the place!! The setup is that of an old skool township shebeen. The service is okay and depending on how big your order is you’re looking at waiting between 5 and 20 minutes. If you’re lucky you may spot the famous owner and maybe even share a drink with him. Eziko ignited my newly found love for tripe(mogodu/ulusu). Lovely old school shebeen like vibe in Midrand’s Shanty Town. Definitely the first place I think of for hearty traditional meals

Good homely african food. The restaurant is very modern with a old skool feel. It is in a containter like building with different restaurants surrounding. Very relaxing vibe.

Masepa a plek, they sell by face, if they dont know you they simply skip you, I bought 3 plates and they only gave me 2, after waiting for 45 minutes... I am definitely not going back.
