I had one excellent experience. One terrible experience. I bought 50 buckets of candy floss.the first time and was happy. I buy the same amount again. This time the product is much smaller and my order notes were not taken into consideration. So I get 1 colour instead of the 2 I expected. They said sorry that is all. No help to rectify the issue. They also say the mistakely gave a bigger product the first time. If I knew it was so small I would not have bought again.
