Signed a software implementation contract with Evo Consulting in April2018 for Sage Business Financials. We were supposed go live in June 2018. Weve experienced delay after delay with concerted effort from Evo Consulting to resolve the matter. To make matters worse, the individual handling our account is the Director of Evo Consulting. After much frustration, and aiming to handle things through the appropriate channels, we emailed our concerns and frustrations to him, hoping for a positive response. After a month of not receiving a reply addressing our concerns, we followed up with a second email requesting a reply. Another month later, we still havent received a reply addressing the matter. I can only assume Evo Consulting is happy to receive their deposit before work commences etc. but are not bothered to provide the required service one would expect of a Sage Platinum Partner.
