To whom it may concern,It is once again up to CAMOSA as a paying client to follow up on the matter of our fault logged under SAGE Reference Number HD13814313. We have now reached out to SAGE on numerous occasions with requests for support directed to both the Support Centre and this media platform and having raised our concerned to the confined environment between only out two companies.The lack of response on both counts and without having the ability to make direct contact with a SAGE employer to discuss this directly and to resolve this matter is compelling us to now explore methods of public media expressing our dissatisfaction on the way our Company has been treated on this instance. We would have preferred to not engage SAGE in a public domain but feel that have been given no alternative as the matter reported from the onset has had a crippling effect on our business responsibilities and day-to-day functioning.

Love the system, when it is actually working. The system has be down for three days now, we cannot process anything. A month ago the system was also down and we could not update our bank feeds. I will definitely be looking to go over to a new accounting system.

Sage One is absolutly shocking, we have not had access to our invoices or quotes, neither been able to process invoices for three days and counting, technical support initially responded on day one With regards to the above , we are not aware of a general issue being experienced or any technical issues at this time on the server, however , you might still have an older active cookie / cache on your browser 24 hours later they acknoledge there is a major outage. they are holding my invoices hostage and crippling my ability to run my business. but then still are able to tell me to renew my licence in 5 days time.

Terrible Company to deal with - Poor or Non-existent Support for Smaller Companies - It is obvious that their focus is on supporting their larger big ticket clients. Repeated Billing issues, with down-time at the most critical times of the month. Rather look at ANY alternative company, to host your business accounting solution.

If at all possible opt for another system, not only is the software extremely unstable with a million and one little excuses for falling flat on its face, the support is poor. The support agents are knowledgeable if you do get hold of one. An hour to hour and a half is no exception and they’ve always got an excuse why you have to wait so long. They keep on trying to get you to try and use Sage City which is frankly comply useless. If there is a possible alternative please for your own sake I beg you use it.

Never ever purchase Pastel / SAGE - useless support!!! For months and month they still can not sort out our problems with syncing, speeds, pastel users and many more problems!! ………. last week we were promised someone would come sort Pastel Software errors and registration and users out YET STILL NOTHING!!!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTING INCOMPETENT SUPPORT!!!! After spending hours holding on for support, then get told we are at the wrong department and then proceed to give us a direct number which turns out to be non-existent!! ZERO RATING FOR YOU GUYS!! I am forced to give one star ....in order to be allowed to post. And that is too much. Seeing that we pay an annual renewal fee every year, your support SUCKS!I am very disappointed with Sage support. It is non existent. We are always directed to links and if it still not working we are directed to get an IT person in to help. What has happened to personal support?

Extremely poor service. You are always waiting to talk to anyone and then that person is of no use either. Fantastic program, but the customer service makes you not want to use the program. Unfortunately, people need the customer service because the program is quite complicated with all its features. One can easily mess up and cause big problems for your business !!!
