I bought a bed last year 2020. I complained about the quality of the mattress a few days after receiving the bed. I complained about the MATTRESS but they exchanged the base without coming to check what my problem was. When I complained again, they sent two gentlemen to come and evaluate the mattress and they told me that they wont even entertain me because my floor is not level. I feel that this is an excuse they use when a client complains. If the quality of their products is determined by flooring, they should tell customers. I wasted 13k on a bed that doesnt serve its purpose. I feel defrauded...like I was sold a dream. The bed is still messed up...the mattress is not firm and comfortable.
