Rude till lady. Tried to get assistance on a wrongly priced item on the shelf but the lady chooses to embarrass me

That was my favorite store, when I moved in Midrand around 1991 🤞🤞

Because I always go and buy there I thought they will have ubuntu worse customer service I got. So today I went to ask for cart boxes.and all 3 managers that were available rudely said they wont give me because they are recycling. Wow and they were available. Now I am from spar and you know what best prompts there I got the boxes. Shoprite support treat your customers well even when we not there to buy. I am so disappointed coz 2 boxes were going to be fine.

We came to the store at 14h20 but only to find the door being closed

The shop is in a good location with a lot of parking space. The environment is peaceful and safe also. The shop is always kept very clean. The tellers are mostly quite nice too. They have competitive prices on most of their products, and you can fairly be sure of purchasing quality products there.

Ive had bad experiences with this store, the food isnt always fresh especially the fruit and meat and you wait in long queues when there are plenty of empty tills.

Slow moving lines at the money market area, no sense of urgency at all. Non friendly faces and bad attitude

It is the most central area to transport and many other facilities

Big and busy shop in Midrand and its always well stock but queue at time can be very long
