Great place to getaway. Relax and recuperate.Clean and beautiful

Not too sure about the 1&2 bed apartments but the bachelors are tiny, like big ensuite bathroom tiny!!. The cupboards/closet space is literally just shelves in those bachelor pads, leaving your clothes, crockery and cutlery exposed. No laundry/drying area so residents are hanging clothes on the corridors and balconies -so untidy! The two plate stove business is something I will never understand! Not ideal for a working person, maybe for students

I’d like to understand why the electricity bill at our apartment is so high. Residents at waterfall please tell if you guys are experiencing the same issues with your electricity bill cause my bill does not really make sense especially because I’m always at work. Maybe the problem might be with the metering system but joh ai

Its great, quiet and safe... But the balcony is too small

Safe place to reside, enjoyed my stay there

For the amount of money you pay for rent here the complex is noisy, fights breaking out in the middle of the night, ppl having parties midweek, cars blaring music early hours of the morning. Not great for working professionals and ppl with kids.

Wonderful area to stay in

New apartments, good for investment property, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dish washer and microwave

Noisy complex with people partying well into the night and early mornings. Complaining to security does nothing. Rubbish bins are always over flowing which has resulted in cockroach infestations. The pool is green and dirty and no covid regulations are adhered to by the residences or are enforced.

Rain connectivity is a problem at the flats

Friendly security officers with law tightened. Safe and close to Mall of Africa and Netcare with a convenient access to Freeway

Too many unit too many people ...

The complex is in a great location with easy access to the N1 highway, Mall of Africa, Waterfall Corner and the area is home to Head Offices for some of the countries big corporates

Love the quietness,clean, nearby to malls etc. Its just the balcony is small.. But worth it

I love the security and the place as well I have no regrets to live this place were safe here
